refund on shipping and handling fees

I want to refund someone for partial shipping and handling fees, how would I go about that? Please and thank you.

Find the item on your sold list and from the drop down menu next to the item click on Refund.  Make sure to double check the refund amount as it cannot be reversed once you click on Refund.
