I purchased a £5 battery charger from china 17th August which doesn't work, I contacted them and they said don't worry we will send you a refund in a couple of days, but we don't want you to return it.
4 or 5 days passed still no refund so I contacted them again, again they said we are very sorry but you will get your refund soon, it is now 11th Sept has any body got any ideas what I should do?
