Hi all,
On Friday 8th around 11pm I purchased an article using PayPal. After the purchase was completed a screen on ebay with the message along the lines "the order was registered, we will email to you on [mail] when the processing will be completed. The product will be mailed between the 11 and the 12 of September" appeared (unfortunately I did not take a screenshot). No money was deducted from my account so I thought that ebay needed to process the request after the weekend. I reached out to the seller and my request did not arrive. Do you know what happened and who can I contact?
