"view purchased item" page is not available

I've been trying to view this page since September 20. I have reported this issue. I've been here for more than 20 years and the newer staff just don't understand this issue. When we bid on an auction and win the auction, there is a link on the actual listing page under the winning bid that says how many bidders bid on the auction. If you click on the link for say 20 bids, it will bring you to a page that shows all the bidders. If you win the item, your ebay name will be on top of the bidders list. There will be a drop down menu on the right side of your name with a "more options" link. If you click on more options you will get a drop down menu. As part of that drown down option list there is a link that says "view purchased item" This link is not working. If you click on the link for "view purchased item" it opens a new page with an error message that says "we looked everwhere. Looks like the page is missing" What should happen is we should get a link to the item we purchased that is fully formatted for printing purposes. I am not the only one with this issue. How long is it going to take to fix this issue?????

I don't bid on auctions, so don't have one of my own to look at and see what you are seeing and I haven't seen any posts about this from other, but you can post your issue on the Technical Board here:

In the meantime, you can go to your Purchase History, open the order details, and click the button for the printer-friendly page.

If it is an auction there is no need for the "purchased item" page since the listing will not have changed since you won.  That is for multiple item listings where the listing can be revised after you purchased the item, hence the title "purchased item".

If you mean you want to see the Bid History and are using a mobile app that has nothing to do with the "purchased item" page.  They appear to have removed the bid history from the mobile app (and I would assume mobile web also)  a week or two ago.   It is still available on the full website by clicking on the # of bids display on the completed or original Listing Page for the auction.

To report the bad link, use the "Tell us what you think" link at the top of the bid history page. I have reported the bad link as well, but the more reports eBay receives, the more likely something is to be done.

This is the page I am trying to get to so I can print. It is an old example but has always worked for the past 20 years. It has not been available for the past week. Another ebay member was asking about the same issue on September 24.
