Wont let me start a payout, as soon as I start trying the amount it sends me to a page with a a black font with red background that says what I stated above, called eBay 4 times. Was told the first time it's cause I'm doing it on my phone. Used a computer same problem. Told the second time multiple users are experiencing yet I can't find anyone experiencing it. Told the third time they would let IT know. Still nothing. Can I please have MY money eBay?!
