What were you trying to do? 

 

I see you like to make multiple purchases from sellers.  You can only pay for 40 at a time. If you have more wins than that from a single seller, you probably need to ask them to send an invoice for 40. Then after you pay for the 40, request another invoice for the next 40, or the remainder.

Unfortunately, seller is unresponsive to requests for invoices. The problem continues. Thanks again for trying
