"UPDATE ACCOUNT"

I've been getting these emails for months to update my account. Telling me to Login to ebay and click the alert at the top to update my account information.  There is nothing and the app and website send me in loops. All of my info is verified and there seems to be no issues there. I can't find any way to contact a person either.  What has happened in the last 5 years to EBay? I've been using it for going on 20 and things continously get worse.  And it's not phishing. These are messages within Ebay site and app telling me i can no longer reveive payments now until my info is updated and to follow instructions. There are none and I've looked everywhere. Please help 🙏

Go to your Seller Hub overview page: https://www.ebay.com/sh/ovw

Look in the "Tasks" box for anything you need to provide to Ebay.

Also, to update your checking account for payouts in Seller Hub:

    Go to the Payments

    Select Edit next to Payout method.

    Make your changes and select Update bank account.
