"Sorry, this item can't be found." when I go to "Get prepaid label"

When I click on "get prepaid label" to ship my item I get an error page saying "Sorry, this item can't be found."

If I get the address and pay for it separately, will i have paid shipping twice?

Hi, thanks very much - they called back really quick and that was great. 

Actually, the issue just resolved itself - when i tried again when they were on the call it worked!

But thanks again i coudlnt find anywhere to actually talk to someone!
