Is anyone else noticing that eBay has removed the "mark question as answered" feature? The vast majority of the questions/comments I receive I answer via my cell phone. Amazingly enough, eBay won't recognize that a buyer has been contacted via mobile phone, so the "questions" are piling up on my overview dashboard. I used to be able to just delete them; albeit, one at a time by selecting the "mark question as answered" option. And now...POOF!!!...it's disappeared for no apparent reason known to anybody on earth. So frustrating!! Ugh!!
