Hello everyone. I recently contacted an individual who, I thought was local, but turns out she is living in Omaha, Nebraska.  Her daughter, located in Pheonix is helping her sell a 2013 Kia through eBay ( supposedly).  The seller contacted me this morning to say the car is located in eBay warehouse in Omaha, NE HQS.  She says ther car would ship in 2-3 days and I will have 5 days to inspect the car.  She says eBay will hold the funds until I get the car, paperwork, and decided whether I want to keep the car.  At that point of acceptance eBay would release the funds to her.  The transaction would be completed.     Has anyone had a similiar experience?  I have never purchased an automobile on eBay and unsure as to how it works.  This transaction just doesn't fell right to me and do not want to get caught up in a scam.  Your speed reply is appreciated because this whole thing is happening now.  Thanks again!  RTRUNR ... Hello,   We are writing regarding an issue with a refund to a customer. We received a request for a return from a buyer and we sent him instructions. We did not receive any answer from him and we chose the option to refund him after we receive some information about the item. The customer did not give any answer again and eBay closed this case because we had no information about a return. Yesterday we received an e-mail that the buyer asked eBay to step in and he was refunded. I sent an item to Spain by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For. Spanish Post and Royal Mail both state on their websites that the item was delivered to the stated address and was signed for. The buyer claims that he did not receive it and did not sign for anything. The buyer has thus raised a case with Ebay and PayPal has placed his payment to me on hold.
