I placed an order for a PS4 controller from bak532. Delivery was missed, no shipping info was given and no communications from the seller. I now see that there are multiple negative feedback entries indicating never delivered.
To the point. When I try to open a case, I get a screen that says:
We're sorry there's an issue with this purchase. Unfortunately, we're unable to open a case for this item because of a possible payment issue. To get more information, please contact the seller.
I have sent 2 messages to the seller to no avail. I also checked PayPal which indicte that the payment was made. Anybody know why I get that message ?

It's possible that eBay removed either the listing or the seller. If you paid with Paypal, you need to go to their Resolution Center (https://www.paypal.com/?cmd=_complaint-view) and open a "not received" case there. If you didn't pay with Paypal, contact the card issuer of your credit card and dispute the charge.
