I bought a watch on Ebay and seller sent me an empty box with nothing inside, no packing paper or anything.   What was also strange is that it took 4 days from tracking number for the item to be updated on USPS which made me very suspicious that this may be a scam.    I contacted them and they said they cannot call USPS but are waiting for email contact when i called them USPS I got through. They were not helpful and very aggressive from the start, and did not seem concerned or want to resolve the error. I told them if they did not call USPS and resolve the situation, i would leave a negative review.   They did nothing and i left a review warning people that this person was a scammer. However Ebay removed my review saying that i had threatened the seller. I know thats how comes his rating is so high, because Ebay removes negative ratings. How can that simple request count as threatening?   I have already filed a request with ebay but i REALLY want to leave a negative review as i feel that these people NEED to be named. Ebay says the credit card I use for paying fees doesn't work. They are wrong.   I had updated it due to a new expiry date a few weeks ago. Then yesterday I get an email saying this payment method didn't work. So I went into my account to make all the numbers were right, they are.   I had to enter the 3 digits on the back of the card, so *hopefully* that fixed it. Seller  "one-long-goal (6368) advertises a product that he does not have. He sells a similar product for approximately 25% more than I could have purchased it from at several other places. He advertises Bayer Advanced 701810. He sells  BIOadvanced. I bought a defective starter and returned it at my expense with UPS Tracking number. Answered numerous questions and provided pictures of the defective starter comparison to the seller. I was promised a refund that never came from the seller.EBAY Sucks and gave me a $25.00 refund out of the $52.00 cost plus the 26.00 UPS postage total cost of $77.99. I have a customer that negotiated with me on 3 separate items. The buyer has not paid- after repeated "friendly reminders". The buyer has excellent ratings as a buyer- quick pay- pay immediately- however, refuses to communicate with me on the invoice or items. I know I can cancel the order. How am I to report this buyer?
