I need to talk to someone ASAP. I cannot find a number after wasting endless amounts of time. Really sick of this type of (lack) of service for the money I pay.
I have a customer who has nor received their item and opened a case. The USPS has tracking on it but it is being bounced around and taking forever. He is not happy and wants a refund. I cannot just ship things, have to USPS continue to mess it up, refund then have them deliver it. Which is occurring all the time anymore.
I need answers and help. The USPS will not do anything but say it is tracked and will be delivered. It has been two weeks.
