I bought items on eBay, I received email confirming shipment, money was taken from my account but when I log in it does not appear as a purchase?

so I can contact the seller.

Sounds like you made a guest purchase and not a purchase through your account.  In the email you received will be special log in information that applies only to this purchase.  You will need to use this to get any information about the purchase or open any case.
