I’ve received messages from interested buys for an item I’m selling. They say when they try to make an offer, they receive a message that “Seller does not ship to your location”. I’ve set the shipping on the item to the entire United States and have given them estimates based on zip codes to their location. What am I missing?

This is fairly common.
When I look at your listing, it says "shipping not specified". What that usually means is the the weight and dimensions you have in this listing do not match the shipping service you are offering. Once you correct that, you should be all set.

@jwst-99 I just wanted to add that it will be VERY expensive to ship a lawn mower and if the item is damaged in shipping OR the buyer says it's not as described then you pay return shipping and refund the buyer. Or you can refund without paying return shipping.
The mower should be listed as Local Pick Up only. > Local Pickup
For proof of pickup you can:
use the eBay app to scan the QR code the buyer received through email
use the eBay app to manually enter the 6-digit code the buyer received through email
To scan the QR code:
Go to Selling on the eBay App.
Go to the Sold tab.
Select the Arrange Pickup banner.
Tap the Scan to confirm pickup button.
If the buyer doesn't have the QR code available, ask them for the 6-digit code they received through email and manually enter it in the app.
