purchase shipping label to return a return

Buyer initiated a dress return because of fit. Ebay approved return and buyer paid shipping to send item back to me. Item I received was not the item purchased. I contacted the buyer who apologized and cancelled the return. Buyer asked that the item they sent be shipped back at their expense. Can label for 'returning a return' be purchased through ebay or would buyer need to purchase a label and send it to me? I will probably ship the item back to customer at my expense this time, but I would like to know what the proper procedure would be.

Ask for the buyer's email and send them a PayPal invoice for the return postage.  When paid, you can use PayPal to print the label.

Would recommend getting yours back before you return theirs.

When I notified the buyer about returning the wrong item, I asked them to please contact me if it was a mistake so we could get things sorted out. Buyer apologized and said they love the dress they purchased from me and want to keep it. Buyer asked if I would return the other dress to them and said they would pay shipping to get it back. I told them that they needed to cancel the return if they wanted to keep the dress they bought from me and then we could figure out how to handle getting the one they sent me back to them. This conversation all took place in ebay messages and ebay says return has been cancelled. Am I wrong to think the return from buyer issue is handled? Also, thank you for your help on how to go about returning the other item to the buyer.
