What Do USPS Tracking Statuses Mean?

 The product was delivered to this address (the address seems incomplete) USPS delivered the cargo randomly (11 millers Ln, Montville, NJ 07045 ). I reported the situation to eBay. They found me wrong in the lawsuit I filed because the order was delivered. But maybe the seller wrote the address wrong on purpose. My money is gone and the product is gone, what should I do now?
