Why am I not able to print a shipping label for any of my sold items?

hover over 'orders' top left of seller hub page and click on shipping labels

Have all of those buyers paid?

You should be able to print labels from Orders > Awaiting shipment

What happens when you try?  What error message do you see?

Tried that and 2 other options.  Neither even generated a shipping label.  Just looped eternally.  I called support and they said it was a system wide problem, but it has been that way for 5 days now.  Really???

We have numerous reports of not being able to print packing slips, but not shipping labels.  If it was system wide, we would have LOTS of posts here.

Have you tried using another browser?

I just printed a shipping label without any problems.  Using Windows 11 with Chrome browser.
