How do I change and save the default search settings. For example: show 240 listings per page instead of 60

Using a desktop browser, start from a search that returns many results. Click on the icon in the upper right that lets you choose between List or Gallery view, and select "Customize". From there you should see your default search options.

Note that some settings may not be maintained if you close your browser.
