I've chatted with eBay CSRs about this 4 times. All they does is say they're escalating me, and reporting it, and I should rest assured it will stop. Here's what's happening:
When I'm listing an item, every 15 seconds a pop-up comes into my screen from the right with a notification that my counteroffer has been sent. That item sold about 3 weeks ago. It sold, was paid for and was shipped and has been received. But it keeps popping into my screen. Every 15 seconds. It stays for 3 seconds and goes away again. IT IS UNBELIEVABLY ANNOYING. And now, I can't get them to respond. That's fine. They can't help anyway.
They did, however, tell me that others are experiencing this same thing. IS THAT YOU? DID YOU GET RID OF IT? HOW DID YOU DO IT?
Thanks. I'm read to throw my computer across the room. However, I do seem to be selling more, so maybe I'll just get used to it.
