part numbers

Hi. I was wondering if someone can help? I came across new brakes and pads for a vehicle that were order like 5 years ago. 

Do you know how I could find out what they are for and where or what does the number look like?

I tried searching for the store that is in Canada with no sucess. They must no longer be in business. I would just like to find out if I could use these on another car but dont k now what to look for as far as part numbers are concerened????
