we noticed that another seller was using our inventory and listings with out our consent or knowledge , we noticed that the ship to address was changed several times in a few weeks , we contacted ebay and they said to block the buyer and that they would be investigated , i asked for a confirmation email and as ebay info i was advised to take could be documented and sent to the violator ebay refused to supply it , we have 2 accounts and have been on ebay for 25 years and have never had a negative feedback , the reps say thank you for your loyalty but refuse to return the loyalty and just repeat the same message that they cant tell us what's going to be done about it but in the last 10 plus years we have never seen proof of that claim
