i bought a new sealed dvd (the gorge) and it did not work.
contacted the seller and they were very polite and helpful.
refunded my purchase price with no issues.
i indicated that i wanted to buy another one so i could actually watch the movie and the seller indicated that they had another one, also to leave a message at checkout to "test the dvd" prior to shipping and i complied.
i purchased the 2nd dvd and the seller indicated that they may not have tested it prior to shipping.
it arrived and it also was defective.
now the seller refuses to do a return and indicates that they had previously stated there was no return on this item.
i don't remember tha but it is irrelevant considering the fact that buyers are not responsible and sellers are when an item is defective.
sellers can not simply sell defective products on ebay with no repercussions.
also, the listing clearly says "free returns".
my problem is that when i start a return, identify it as a "defective item", include the short description and then attach a photo (because the page says it is required for some reason) the "continue" button is still disabled so u can't "continue".
how do i "continue"?
see attached pic.
