I have purchased a product (item was faulty and unsafe) seller instructed me to return it, did so , paid for returns 75.00, tracking good, beyond normal return date, seller messages they are not complying, no credit of any kind,no further messages, ebay auto advisor runs in circles, no way to assist, ?
