I had a buyer purchase an item on December 19. I tried to contact them with no response. I sent the invoice and last week it said they paid. I tried to contact the buyer again and they won't respond. Now I try to get on the transaction and it says the transaction can't be found. It says the item has been sold but I can't get the shipping label. I am afraid I will get a bad feedback on this transaction.
