Haven’t received item yet

I ordered a calendar a while ago and I HAVEN’T gotten it yet! I haven’t even gotten a email saying it’s been shipped yet! It was a Harry Abrams Sonic the Hedgehog 3 Wall Calendar I ordered it on January 3 and it STILL hasn’t shipped

Go to the Order Details in your Purchase History. If it is one day past the estimated delivery date, open an Item Not Received refund request. The Seller will have three business days to respond with either a valid tracking number showing its about to be delivered or a full refund. If they do not respond by the 4th day, go back to the request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
