Hello. I opened my eBay in Ukraine, and I have a Ukrainian phone number as my contact phone. When I shop on eBay, I DO NOT ever ask to ship items to Ukraine. I always provide a US address as a delivery address. For example, currently my primary delivery address set to Palo Alto, California. I have tried to purchase several items, but every time, at check-out, I get the same notification:

Please let me know what I should change to be able to shop eBay. In the past, my account settings (registration in Ukraine) were not a problem, but now I cannot buy anything.

There are FIVE addresses to edit/change.

 If a seller has their block settings set to Block Users whose Primary Address is in a location I don’t ship to (see screenshot), that message will appear to you.  The key here is PRIMARY address, not shipping address.  I’m not sure if you can use an address outside of the Ukraine as your primary address, since that’s where you’re registered.
