not get refund for void shipping label

Almost 8 days since I void shipping label, still waiting for the refund. Should I open charge back case with CC I paid for the service?

Hi @kikpew8 

Cancelled labels (or Voided if your system nomenclature has not been updated yet) can take up to 21 days before the funds are credited back to your account.

You will have to wait that long before taking further action.
