non paying buyer have a question

buyer paid on 14 th

I sent the invoice the same day

no payment I sent an IM yesterday reminding them

why do I have to wait till the 19th to cancel that is more than 4days

I am new here so just tell me where I can find these details, the automated robot is of no help 

btw the their previous order was cancelled for NP, so there's something up

I am guessing you mean the buyer made the purchase on the 14th.  Add 5 days and that is the 19th.  In the past, sellers could file an unpaid item dispute on day 2, and then the buyer would get 96 hours (4 days) to pay.  No payment, then the seller had to close the dispute on day 6.  Now sellers have one less day to wait and can do it in one action.
