new issues with dropping PayPal

with the new issues of using PayPal ,what happens if a current seller cannot open a checking account due to poor credit or bankruptcy etc...

I'm afraid that all sellers must have a checking account if they want to sell on eBay.

Credit and bankruptcy issues may prevent obtaining a credit card, but should not interfere with opening a checking account or obtaining a prepaid card.

One might look into a PayPal feature called Prepaid Bank Card. There is a $5 monthly fee for the card (which is actually a prepaid bank account through Bancorp.)  The card is linked to PayPal so that funds can be transferred in and out of the card through the PayPal account.  Others have found that the card works for them with eBay's Managed Payments.
