my label printing two labels in one page all of the suddent . if i print one its ok only

my printer label was working good but now its printing 2 labels on the label prininting page .. any idea how can i fix it ?

@nada2pradda   Next time you buy a shipping label select CHANGE on the right hand side under the address and select the label size/ format you want on the next page.    It might need to be "toggled"  back on again.

when i print this morning  the same problem happent the labels appear on one pag only and it does not give me  the Option to select label size or regular letter size . i dont get it 😞 I think its ebay
