I ordered my item on one device but it doesen't show up on any other of my devices.

When you say "shows up" do you mean when you are logged in to eBay?  

Sometimes Buyers inadvertently purchase as a Guest and those purchases will not show up in their eBay account nor can they be merged with them.  Below is a link to the Help pages for buying as a Guest, you are still protected by eBay's MBG just so you know.  But you will not be able to leave feedback on the transaction.
