This seller posted a picture of one entire system, then sold something completely different.  Plus, did NOT include the basics to even work the system.  NO POWER CORD.  NO REMOTE.  NO RETURNS.

This is NOT how to do ethical business. 

Please advise on how to handle this seller.

You need to go through the Ebay Return Request process.
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase History >> find the item, then click on "Return item" in the drop down menu on the right. Follow the instructions, make sure you specify the reason why you are returning the item. You should be provided with a return shipping label. If not, a few days later you can return to your Return Request details and click on the link to have Ebay step in to help you.
