missleading description

china company is trying to pass off there tracking device as a real tile tracker they are just a cheap copy how can we make them correct this. bought them thinking i saw getting the real thing  they are junk

From the wrong item, you have to make pictures (at least 1) and upload them. 

The seller has to accept the return and provide a return label. Or send shipping money, before you return with tracking.

The seller has to provide a clear return address, in the place where it was sent from.

Ask eBay to step in, if the seller doesn't cooperate. You can do that 3 full business days later.
