What do I do when a package I shipped to a buyer goes missing. The buyer has been issued a refund and I was charged for the shipping fee and transaction fee for a transaction that did not happen. My package is still missing. Am I able to get my money back on the fees? How do I file a claim for the missing item? UPS says my claim cannot be processed.
