I have made several attempts to send a message to a seller, but they won't send. It shows message not sent. What is the problem and how to get this fixed?

If you are trying to message a Seller and it is not going through, it is possible that Seller blocked you. Is this for the item you left a neutral for? If so, that is most likely the reason.

I've never bought from the seller. It's impossible to get an eBay customer service person.

All Sellers can also automatically block Sellers who have caused two cancelations for nonpayment. If this Seller has blocked you, contacting eBay will not force that Seller to accept your messages.
You can confirm this by contacting eBay for Business on Facebook.

@marcy1175 not all sellers allow messages to be sent to them, not a good business practice, but some just don't want to be bothered.
ebay cannot force any seller to respond to messages, so contacting them about it would be a waste of time.
