i have had a mc011 restriction on my account now for a week and a half i have provided all the tracking information they asked for , replied to their email then got another email asking for tracking on another 4 items that i had already supplied tracking for. I replied again got another email asking for tracking on 2 of the 4 i had just supplied. one of the 2, the customer has confirmed delivery. the other 1 if they bothered to check the tracking already supplied would have seen royal mail have attempted delivery. i have tried ringing talking to customer services but am getting no answers to what is going on or even why my account is restricted, any ideas
