lost ebay gift card pin number

I have an ebay gift card and when I try to use it the card number is present but I do not have the pin.  Ebay "customer service" is useless as it sends me in circles with no way to talk to areal person.

What do I do?  I can not even start to use another gift card.

All you should need is the 13 digit (all numbers) redemption code.
