On feed back left for others the item number that i sold shows under the item name. I do not want

the item number shown.

You cannot prevent the item # from being shown in your feedback left for buyers.

Information on the item you SOLD shows on your Feedback Profile both on the pages for feedback left for others and for feedback you left.  Information on items you BOUGHT does not show on YOUR Feedback Profile in either place (except that the seller ID does, from which one can see what kinds of items s/he sells, and also with some effort it is possible to match the comment on the feedback you leave for that seller with the comment on the feedback s/he received on his/her profile and see the title and item number and price).

It is possible to prevent the item number and title from appearing in your seller feedback by making the item a private listing when setting up the listing. That provides extra privacy for buyers and sellers for those listings compared to regular listings.
