i ordered item 02-11876-01495 on july 26th 2024 ...buyer states cannot see order i sent screen shot of order details buyer says cannot see order. ebay assistant wont contact agent to call me, what do i do?

It is long past any help from eBay given the time that has passed.  Even most credit/debit cards will no longer provide any help.  You needed to ask about this months ago.  You can try asking your payment source to see if they will provide any assistance but nothing can be done through eBay.
