item description not showing up in listing with offer

 The item description doesn't show up in my current listing (#204628315295) that has an offer on it, but does show up if I click on 'revise item' in that listing.  Since it wasn't showing up I wanted to make sure the potential buyer had seen the description since it had been there when I originally listed the item.  I was going to copy the description in the revision copy and paste it in my reply to the offer, but I was unable to access the description in the 'revise item' copy as it was shaded.  Why is the description in the original listing not showing, and can no-one else bid on an item if there's an offer on it?  I'm confused!

I can see the item description in that listing.

If you cannot, try viewing the listing in another browser. If that allows you to see the description, or if manually erasing just your eBay cookies in that browser allows you to see the description, try the manually erasing your eBay cookies in the original browser.

The existence of an offer will not prevent others from bidding, though a valid bid being submitted would cause any outstanding offers to immediately expire, as the winner would be determined by the highest bid at the end of the auction.
