Hello,

              In my 61 years on this planet, i have never witnessed anything like this, the seller as well as the no help customer service treating me like im as dumb as they are. I am a buyer looking for a simple very popular part for my truck. The seller along with the customer service has turned this into a nightmare, its unbelievable ! After losing 160.00  on half of what i need, i still sit here with no way to fix my truck. Unbelievable  !!!!

Hello,  my bad I just assumed that everybody was as helpful as I would be. Boy was I wrong. I have since bought a nother piece that is just what I needed.  So 160 is the sellers reward for being an ass.

If you used the Ebay 30 day Money Back Guarantee by filing a Return Request within 30 days for a valid reason, you would have been refunded. What steps have you taken to try to get your money back?

If Ebay could not help you, you could file a dispute through Paypal or contact your credit card company.
