An item I sold that is being shipped internationally costs US$20.00 to ship, but the invoice says the buyer only paid US$6.41 for shipping. Why is there a discrepancy?

Here's the problem:
You offered First Class Mail International Package (not envelope, which would be for documents and does not come with tracking).
You'll need to cover the cost out of pocket for this one. You may want to check your other listings and edit them if needed.

Is the ship-to address in the Order Details in the US?

@wilkinson_studios_denver what's the item number? It sounds like the item is shipping via the eBay International Shipping Program.
Buyer pays you for the item price and shipping to the US hub. Buyer pays eBay for the international portion. eBay handles the customs form.

Hi! Thanks for responding.
No, looking at the order details the ship-to address is in Vancouver, BC Canada.

Thanks for catching that! Much appreciated. I'll just go ahead and eat the cost and learn from my mistake. Thanks again!
