info on6 towel sets that have been sold

I sold 6 towel sets. USPS would not take the package but UPS did. Buyer has received package. eBay is still waiting for me to print a label. I have told them several times that the package has been sent and received.

I can't seem to get the message through to them.

Have you uploaded the shipping & tracking info into the order details?

1. On the Seller Hub Orders page, go to Paid and shipped and find your order.
2. Select the order by checking the box next to it.
3. Select the Dispatch dropdown menu and then Add tracking number.
4. Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier, then select Save.

That's probably why Ebay is asking you to print a label. Ebay has no way of knowing you shipped and buyer received it if you did not enter the shipping & tracking info.
