Anyone have an issue with the buyer paying for shipping but the incorrect weight on label

@ronusales The weight on the shipping label is going to be the same as you entered on the listing. It is up to the seller to make sure the package weight and size are correct on the listing and then VERIFY them again before purchasing the label.
If your label is not for the correct weight then you need to void it and buy a new one. You can not ask the buyer to pay more for shipping than stated on the listing.
You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>
https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub
Then the postal service will refund you in about 3-4 weeks on your all transactions page here>

The sold item will have two tracking numbers so be sure to let the buyer know which tracking number to watch.
