In June 2021, I received two deficits. I have had two managers tell me the two would be removed in 24-48 hours. Well, that was last week. The very next day, I have more deficits, and I returned items that were added as a deficit; I have a 30-day return policy. I have been an eBay seller for over 12 years. I'm told how I am appreciated and I have been so loyal. So, here I sit waiting for a callback from a manager.

Since you do not need to maintain 100% on tracking upload/validation, those are generally not adjusted unless it is changing your seller status. You are still top rated, so they did not change your status.
You could try asking customer service via social media - the reps there will either correct the orders, or be honest and tell you that they can not be removed.

You didn't say what the defects were for - are they seller cancellations or unresolved cases?
Most defects can not just be removed, you must enter an appeal. Each section in your dashboard shows the details of the defects, along with a link to appeal, if an appeal is an option.

I have four being uploaded or not uploaded at all. I called when there were two, one order was held, per the customer's request; the second was the day eBay switched payments and I couldn't print a label. I physically drove 16 miles to mail it. After waiting for those two, now there are more. I have spoken with two managers in the last month; both said it would be removed in 24-48 hours.
