Kept thinking it would turn out to be some silly thing I was missing, and maybe it is, but I have to ask for help now, getting down to the finish line! It often happens that things don’t work quite the same in iOS as in windows so I’m not surprised when my iPad gets lost in a loop. Has it happened to anyone else? If so what to do? Thanks!

@marymelodee Use your browser and make sure you select desktop site.
You can use this link> https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/taxforms
Here's a link to the reports> https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/reportslanding
I like the Financial Overview report for eBay expenses and download it as a PDF
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/reportslanding
I also deduct the cost of goods, shipping supplies I have receipts for, and mileage to the post office. Talk to your tax preparer for what are allowed to deduct as a business expense.

I should have been more clear in my first post. I have looked a thousand times where the 1099k is supposed to be. Only find monthly tax reports. No link to download anything like 1099k.

And I tried getting help but can’t get past AI bot who thinks I have some run if the mill issue because there is nothing topic for “tax forms”, so it just doesn’t know how to deal with it.

I think you might be on the "mobile" website and not the full desktop view.
I just tried using the links I provided with my android phone and if I wasn't using desktop site they didn't work.
When you use the true desktop version on your iPad the text should be small and you have zoom a bit vs using what eBay calls the " mobile site". The mobile site is NOT the app. You can't access the info you need from the "mobile site"
Seller Hub needs to look like this>
Then you click the more down arrow then you will see the payments tab with more drop down menus.
These are instructions I have had for awhile for iPhone on how to access the FULL desktop site on mobile. I think it's the same way on iPad but I don't have one to test it.
Iphone:
How to request the desktop version of a website in mobile Safari
Visit the affected site in Safari.
Tap and hold the Refresh button in the URL bar.
Tap Request Desktop Site.
I am going to tag a friend that I think has an iPad to see if she knows how to make sure it stays in the full desktop mode. @glorybells Can you help?
The website will then reload as its desktop version
When the site resets, there is a blue square menu icon in the upper left corner. It must be clicked to reveal the sidebar showing the boxes to be checked for sold, complete, etc.

Thanks for the tag, @comics-scifi-collectibles . I just got home, and tested this.
@marymelodee , I’m using an iPad 10 running iOS 18.3.2. I access everything from the Safari link at the bottom task bar on the home screen. The link comics provided, www.eBay.com/sh/fin/taxforms, did indeed take me to the proper forms. I also have an icon for Chrome, that I downloaded awhile back from the App Store, because some sites I go to run smoother on Chrome. I put the link comics provided on Chrome also, and that also works.
As long as I run it from the Safari icon on the bottom task bar, or from Chrome, I am able to get to the forms. I can’t get to an actual 1099 because I didn’t have enough sales last year to trigger a 1099 being issued, but I do reach a page that lists forms by year, with a note on the right hand side stating that. I’ll see if I can get a screenshot of that.

Here’s the screenshot of what I reach from that link:
