Hey!
I am a moderate sell of online items on the virtual game Roblox! I sell in-game items and recently, a buyer opened up a dispute after I delivered the items. Due to the nature of the product, I cannot appeal with a tracking numbers, but I do have screenshot evidence of me delivering the item online.
Does anyone here have any advice on this situation?

When I clicked on the SHIPPING & PAYMENTS tab, it says
Free shipping - Arrives by Christmas Estimated between Fri. Dec. 10 and Wed. Dec. 15 to 92802

If you want to sell virtual items and not have any problems with shipping, you should be listing these types of items in the EVERYTHING ELSE category.

So, if I list in the Everything Else Category, I shouldn't have any problems with chargeback scammers and stuff?
