i need to speak to a customer service help LIVE person on returning a defective box of paint. the return page CONFIRM RETURN button won't work when i click on it.  for me to get a refund from seller she needs this return page for the return from ebay  and is waiting on it. i have tried this return info page 12 times in the last 2 days and bottom button won't work when i click on it.
