If they are asking you to add tracking for your sales

- Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold

- From More actions, select Add tracking number.

- Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier.

- Select Submit.

Select "financial information" or "proof of identity"
